At 6 this morning I dropped off my bag @leonardohotel Milton Keynes and went to work. When I returned this evening to check the hotel had lost my bag. Apart from clothes and my phone charger the bag contains some pills which I need to take daily. I have no others at home.

Following consultation the @ChtyCommission has today published its new Guidance on Investing charity money replacing the old style CC14.

The Charities Act 2022 (Commencement No 2 and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2023 were made yesterday and come into force tomorrow, 14 June. legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2023/643/… Important changes for charities including disposing of charity land, dealing with permanent endowment #charitylaw

#Budget2023 sees what I think is the first Brexit-specific change for charity sector.

It has taken an amazing amount of work from many people to reveal the true position. I thank them all, but for the future we need systems that provide proper scrutiny systematically and routinely.
