If the Man in Yellow is capable of removing the talismans, why doesn't he simply remove them all and end it by letting the monsters attack the residents? What's stopping him from doing so, and what plan is he waiting to carry out?

@onlypeluayo Boyd left the town to Kenny in season 1 and he couldn't even handle the town people , everything became messy and Donna had to step in for him until Boyd return back so give Boyd some credits he is trying to get everyone home

Kenny can never do a better job than Boyd if he's in charge of the town.
