Anyone clued into law etc know where @CharlesHurstGRP stand when it comes to financing cars? They refuse to allow customers to get their own finance for a car. You must use their finance agreement….surely this is against competition rules? @StephenNolan

@CharlesHurstGRP any reason your teams at Hurst Seat or budget direct are not getting back to me on my 5 month warranty claim? Over £10000 spent on a car with a oil burning issue and frequent dpf regen. I've raised a complaint via lookers as well. And plan to hand the car back.
