Earlier this week, I took part in the #SBS Virtual Business Bootcamp, with our partners NatWest Business. It highlighted for me once again the importance of taking even the smallest amount of time out of running your day to day business to focus on being the best version of you, upskilling and questioning what you're doing and importantly why you're doing it ! Often it's too easy to just keep doing what you're doing because it's what you've always done. Take a bit of time, take a breath and question whether your 'Why' is still the right path for you.
