This was me at lunchtime today. Got an extra spin class in. I was so happy after this. Like buzzing. Tough battle but I loved every second of the challenge. Moments like this highlight why I love spinning (riding and teaching). Thanks for today #RunCoachLee 🥰🙏

Any semi decent badminton players around in the Elephant & Castle area that fancy a hit around with me at all? Someone who can play (so no beginners) but isn't a professional either but a decent player. Just want to see where my level is before playing again properly. Reach out.

Left the house at 05:45am to teach a spin class. Then cycled back to my local gym to ride the class I taught at full effort. Great start to my Friday.

Getting really annoyed with the roads and cycle lanes in London. Why are they not being cleaned regularly?!!! This is my 5th puncture in just a couple of months. It's ridiculous!!!! It's expensive to keep repairing in an already expensive city. Sort it out! I'm so angry.

3 spin classes done today (as part of my training). Great fun. I worked hard. I sweated a lot. And definitely got out of breath. I even got an hour of table tennis in as well. A great day.

1 spin class taught. 1 spin class rode. My Saturdays are missing something though.
