Enjoyed being outdoors today. Sorted out my spin playlist for next week which is good. And probably my first time in a dress this year. Even I am saying....who is that lol?! You'll find me in shorts the majority of the time.

Great morning. Out in shorts and t-shirt today. No other layers needed. Got a cycle in. Then a gym workout in. Then taught a spin class. Cycled some more and then did a #RunCoachLee spin class. Great, active morning.

Well that was a great day. Taught 1 spin class and then successfully rode 4 additional spin classes with the same instructor. Hard work but I loved it. When Lee asks if I am up for the challenge, I can't say no. 10:00, 12:15, 17:30 and 18:30 done. Great times. #RunCoachLee #Spin

Tough day today teaching classes and then tonight. trying my first back to back class since being diagnosed with a couple of illnesses. That was really hard. But to be expected.

Teaching and riding three spin classes and cycling outdoors for over 2 hours from studio to studio has now wiped me out. I am tired. I am not well.

Feeling under the weather today. Wasn't even over the last illness. Cycling to class 2 of 3 and then I intend on resting from mid afternoon onwards.

Not feeling well. 1 down. 2 classes left to teach.

A fab few hours topped off by a lunchtime spin class. Thanks #RunCoachLee

This massive boat or cruise ship or whatever it is showed up by 07:30 this morning in Greenwich. I only ever see the user boat going back and forth and that is a spec of the size of this thing.

An interesting night of badminton playing. Learned a lot. Rallying, then played a singles match and won and then we asked two guys if they wanted to play a mixed doubles match which they did and my opponent and I were 5 match points down and we came back to win. Great fun!!!

A noisy tree full of green parrots. I think they are parrots anyway.
