@SimonFlynnefc I won't, I've not twisted anything we just disagree.
Nice.
English

@CharlieBarnicle It’s £48 million 50% more you’ll twist anything to suit your point I’m going to bed

David Moyes re-iterated there is no “panic” about limited impact of Tyler Dibling in his first season at Everton but has challenged the starlet to “do better” Full story+interesting quotes on a player who has played fewer than 5 mins in last 10 games ⬇️ liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football…

@SimonFlynnefc I misclicked typing £40m, in which it is in the same way Barry is £30m
We also spent £45m on Dibling, so your point is again not a working one, we've spent money.
English

@SimonFlynnefc £40m, you're only proving my point with how close it is to Barry's.
They're going longer-term with buys and mixing the two, Moyes signed off on them, it's on him for not playing them and if you're not doing long-term you have to do short-term.
English

@SimonFlynnefc That's next year (in which they still are above us in pull, even if not budget), not last year in which they were in one.
English

@CharlieBarnicle Not in a different market at all they won’t be in it next year and PIF are reducing funding
English

@SimonFlynnefc That's another club in a different market to us, they got UCL last year.
English

@SimonFlynnefc Arsenal are 1st, Liverpool are 4th, United are 3rd? I never said those places.
I said I'd be happy with 12th/13th had we developed too, we haven't so it puts pressure on short-term as I want progress.
English

@CharlieBarnicle That’s what you said you’d only keep Moyes if he gets Europe 🤷♂️
English

@CharlieBarnicle Not at all that’s who you think we should be competing with 🤷♂️
English

@SimonFlynnefc We didn't need more, we spent £140m (probably more with loan fees and Röhl permanent)
English

@CharlieBarnicle It is but I’m just saying we needed a lot more than Sunderland lost half of the squad 🤷♂️£100 million is nothing
English

@CharlieBarnicle It is true I’ve just told you what other clubs paid for strikers
English

@CharlieBarnicle I’m just saying £30 million for a striker is on the cheap
English

@SimonFlynnefc Irrelevant to anything of the new ownership though, they'd been here one (January) transfer window at the time of the graph
English

@SimonFlynnefc I'd keep him as he's achieved progress, I'd still have the concerns and criticisms of this season though
English

@CharlieBarnicle Season hasn’t finished yet even if we get Europe you’ll find something to moan about
English

@SimonFlynnefc Incomparable, we're in different markets to those three
English

@CharlieBarnicle Yeah mate in todays market Liverpool have got 2 strikers worth 3 times that , Gyokeres , Sesko how much were they 🤷♂️
English

@SimonFlynnefc Backups are important, yes.
I would've been happy with 12th/13th had we played kids, just progress of some sort; which as it stands we haven't done.
English

@CharlieBarnicle Absolute nonsense he was asking for one in press conferences 😂🤣We re-signed Keane no ambition re-signing Mykolenko no ambition what we have spent is a drop in the ocean.Last 3 years spending were bottom it the league what do you want a title challenge while playing kids 😅🤷♂️
English

@CharlieBarnicle I’m sure it wasn’t Moyes idea to buy a striker in the cheap again
English

@SimonFlynnefc All the players we signed.
Sunderland and Liverpool's transfer spend is irrelevant to how Moyes has used his squad and the summer business we done.
English

@CharlieBarnicle Wasting all what 🤷♂️We spent £100 million when we’d lost about 8 players it’s nothing Sunderland spent £200 million, Liverpool £500 million 🤷♂️😅
English

@SimonFlynnefc They got Jack Grealish I'm sure Kenny Tete's wages weren't out of reach, he wanted to stay.
Moyes actually rejected RB's to further show the point of unalignment and it detrimenting.
English

@CharlieBarnicle No they are not we didn’t offer Tete enough money
English

@SimonFlynnefc Dibling, George and Mcneil are better than McAtee.
Tete didn't want to join.
Moyes signed off on all.
They bought one for £30m, we don't create much for either of them.
English

@CharlieBarnicle There is no chance that Moyes wanted players that young but we barely had a squad let down by recruitment team and a lack of ambition from the club, should’ve given Tete and McAtee what they wanted and bought a striker in January
