@Jovany_07 @Nas_tech_AI They literally don't? The government won't even cover hormone replacement, let alone actual surgeries. It's always been that way. Anyone who tells you otherwise are just fearmongering. I have to pay out of pocket on the gray market for everything, and it's not cheap.

Honest question, why should the government (in the end, us tax payers really) have to pay for people’s gender transition surgeries? I respect anyone who wishes to do so, you do you boo, I applaud your courage to be who you want to be… BUT… the same way I want anything in life, and I have to work hard for my dreams, people have to work hard for their transition dream. It’s only fair.
