Range-wise, the JRod robbery of extra bases from Judge had a 95% catch probability, so pretty much all CF are able to get there. JRod only hit 23.2 ft/sec, he knew he had the distance covered.
The skill is in the timing and jump, so you can adjust the difficulty as you like based on how many guys you think can time it right and squeeze it:

Paul Skenes, Four Seam Fastball and Sinker, Overlay. Both of these pitches are 98 mph. Even if you're timing up the velo, you're hosed. One of many reasons hitting against Paul Skenes is a nightmare. 😳
