The sooner this reaches its natural end point and we can all grieve before supporting the newly-formed AFC Leicester, the better #LCFC
English

Great result. How big could that be come the end of the season?
Massive to finally get a clean sheet. Credit where it’s due: Nelson (penalty aside) and Thomas were really solid. Skipp immense and Fatawu unplayable, too.
Nine cup finals to go #LCFC
English

Largely impressive half but, as we know with this group, the game is far from won just yet.
Fatawu back to his electric best. Skipp and James both putting a decent shift in. Stolarczyk a liability whenever called upon but the rest of the defence has looked reasonably solid #LCFC

"It is deeply concerning that Jon Rudkin remains in charge of football operations, seemingly with a promotion," Leicester City fans @foxestrust react to club "reshuffle" and Rudkin's switch from director of football to chief football officer. #LCFC

If your incompetence and naivety threatens the very existence of a 142-year-old institution that’s a core pillar of local community and has been an emotional cornerstone of generation after generation, in my mind, you cannot continue.
You are a custodian. Not an autocrat. #LCFC

Right call to drop Mavdidi. BDCR doesn’t offer the same pace or skill but will do a reliable job and track runners going back the way.
Great to see JJ and Lascelles back on the bench. Both will be huge for us in the run in #LCFC

Your Foxes XI 🦊 #LEINOR

A good summary of why many will be protesting.
This is a call for systemic change after years of mismanagement which now borders on terminal decline.
After that’s been aired, it’s imperative Rowett and the team receive full support during the game in our bid for survival #LCFC

Tomorrow's protest isn't about 1.5 matches of welcome improvement, it's about... - Multiple PSR charges - Relegation in 22/23 with the biggest wage bill outside the big 6 - A battle to avoid 3 relegations in 4 years - A lack of accountability - A lack of communication 1/4
English

@beckytLCFC Not in the same category per se, just both below 6/10. Could feasibly have rated them a 2 and a 5 respectively.
Daka ran hard and pressed well, and was decent by his standards, but still below par for what’s required from a starting Championship striker IMO.
English

@CharlieJC93 I thought Daka was good, very harsh to put him alongside Mavididi who needs dropping
English

Mavdidi and Daka aside, I thought all our starters were at least a 6/10 tonight.
Some decent saves from Begović. Full-backs solid if a little lacking going forward. Centre-backs strong and aggressive. Midfield pivot brilliant. BDCR reliable. Mukasa well beyond his years #LCFC
English

@TomSimmonds86 Just short of a 6/10 in my book. Ran hard and pressed well. A decent game by his standards but still below what’s needed from a striker at this level for me.
English

Solid result, albeit still very much an uphill fight for survival. Winks and Mukasa excellent again.
Encouraging signs in three of the four halves under Rowett thus far. You have to think that Top and Rudkin have yet again cost us vital points by not appointing him sooner #LCFC
English

A hard-fought half. Lots of energy and effort.
Feel for Okoli. Best he’s played all season. Good positioning, aggressive defending, scores. Then lets himself down with a really poor pass that costs us.
Need to match these levels in the second half if we’re to get anything #LCFC
English

Miles better. Showed heart and desire that’s been sorely lacking so often this season. Winks, of all people, was full of fight. Mukasa excellent and central to all our attacking play.
Equaliser is a gut punch but need to pick ourselves up if we want any chance of survival #LCFC
English

We can talk about talent and effort — both of which are problems and more than fair to question — but the club should’ve invested in a top tier sports psychologist years ago.
This squad is mentally shot. They look defeated from kick off and genuinely terrified of playing #LCFC
English

Enjoyed a nice few hours today not thinking about Leicester City.
*checks scores*
- Portsmouth 2-0 up at Charlton
- Wout Faes’ Monaco beating PSG in the Champions League
Sounds about right… #LCFC

Excl: #lcfc in advanced talks to appoint Gary Rowett as manager. Negotiations underway over an initial short-term deal to end of this season. Leicester now in Championship's relegation zone telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…
English

We’re reaching a point where Leicester City’s very existence is under threat.
The club is on the cusp of consecutive relegations with completely unsustainable operational costs.
Years of gross mismanagement, stemming from the Top, have led us here.
Change is needed #LCFC
