@ItsKarlWest Poole speedway since 2000 has arguably been the most successful sports team going. Its an incredible achievement given you have to rebuild every season as well. I strongly belive it starts from the culture and mentallity at the top of the club. Pirates suits give and extra 10%

You have to respect the team building of Matt and Dan Ford, they play by the same rules as every other team and always put out a ridiculously powerful 1-7!
