Happy to welcome my friend and colleague Professor Anatoly Frenkel as this year’s Schulich Visiting Professor Lecturer at the Technion!
Anatoly is well known for pioneering machine learning approaches in structural analysis and nanomaterials design, and holds appointments at…
Last week’s @NatureConf on CO2 conversion by renewable energy in Wuhan was a great opportunity to make new connections, see and discuss the latest advances, and to meet old friends. #CO2conversion
... pH, and mineral precipitation. Using real seawater, Noam’s work provides valuable insights into optimizing CO₂ removal processes. Congratulations, Noam - excited for what’s next! #ClimateScience#CarbonCapture@ChemEngJournal
Proud to share Noam Karo’s first first-author article on marine Carbon Dioxide Removal (mCDR)! This study explores how seawater alkalinity, CaCO₃ mineralization, and CO₂ uptake are influenced by factors like ion concentration....

We developed a novel reaction that enables a direct synthesis of amines from olefins via C=C bond cleavage. This process which we termed Triazenolysis represents an aza-version of ozonolysis reaction.
Congrats to all involved
