@RNN_RoyalNews @skippyboousa NZ had an election in mid-October and the government wasn’t finalised until November. The royal family generally stay away in election years and it would seem pointless to go to Australia and not NZ

No surprise, but Princess Anne remains the hardest working royal! But I have to say, it is disappointing to see William and Catherine still so far down the list. Yes, they do have children, BUT they are being outpaced by people decades their senior and by their counterparts, like Crown Princess Victoria and Crown Princess Mary, who seem to do much more in terms of engagements. It also continues to fuel allegations that the couple are workshy, which is a narrative that’s been around for 13+ years. They seem to want to do big impact events and bigger projects as much as possible, which is great, but I think those can be managed better with the other, smaller royal engagements. And also, why in the world is the Duke of Sussex even in this report? Again, it screams confusion over royal titles.
