My argument isn’t about any one character being as oppressive as the Androids. If that was the case I would have just said the BLU Beast meta.
As I’ve talked about extensively, it stems from all of the individual PvP battle system restrictions but this time, it’s in combination with the hybrid saiyan team and what they’re capable of. You lose a coin flip interaction early on, you’re losing a character or a 2nd life mechanic.
Your decisions are extremely limited, and when we have teams like the current hybrid team that’s able to decimate entire teams in 1-2 priorities, it makes for boring gameplay. That’s why it feels like the Android meta - not just because of individual character abilities.
