Close your chart and spend time with your friends and family. Family time matters. What’s the point of all this if you can’t spend it with the people who matter most? Avoid bad trades by stepping away when you need to. Use that time to clear your head, laugh, and enjoy yourself with them.

@ChartGenius17 It works for you doesn't mean everyone likes that approach, some traders like chaos and swing trading provide minimal chaos, understand want fits your personality

The best part of being a Swing Trader is that once I place my trades, I can go do other things. I let my trades run while I attend classes, learn new skills, run my business, and spend time with people. I don't have to look at my screen all day; the only time I spend on my chart is when I’m studying. Traders must learn to disassociate from the charts. I’ll be dropping a detailed thread on this soon.

Taking breaks from your chart is key. Close your Chart and spend time with your Family Family time matters. Staring too long can make you see ghosts in the chart. 😂 Avoid bad trades by stepping away when needed. It's a lesson all traders should embrace.
