BREAKING: SpaceX has officially filed its S-1 registration statement with the US SEC ahead of its record-setting IPO. Details include: 1. SpaceX intends to list its shares on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol $SPCX 2. SpaceX posted Q1 2026 revenue of $4.69 billion 3. Elon Musk will be CEO, CTO, and Chairman of the Board after the IPO 4. SpaceX holds $15.8 billion in cash as of March 31st 5. SpaceX is seeking to raise a record $80 billion in its IPO with an expected IPO date of June 12th More details to come shortly on this historic IPO.

$NVDA Holy Earnings.... Q1 FY27 Earnings Highlights: •EPS: $1.87 vs. $1.75 (expected) 🟢 •Revenue: $81.6B vs. $78.91B (expected) 🟢 | +85% Y/Y •Data Center Revenue: $75.2B (+92% Y/Y) •Gross Margins: 75% (+14%Y/Y) •Increased quarterly dividend from $0.01 to $0.25 •$80B share buyback program announced •FCF: $48.6B •Net Income $58.3B (+211%Y/Y) •Q2 Guidance Revenue and Gross Margins: $91B / 75% Big takeaways for us: The massive net income Y/Y number, shows us that margins are continuing to improve, the massive Y/Y revenue increase with a company of this size, and the data center revenue nearly hitting 100% Y/Y. Hard to not be bullish the whole AI ecosystem. Jensen with the $80B share buyback program, signaling the confidence he has of the AI boom we are currently in.

$TSM Very interesting chart as price is currently hitting resistance at the 161.8% extension with bearish divergence on the weekly RSI Technical analysis and Elliott wave theory would state that we should be expecting a wave 4 correction down towards our pullback box. There is confluence with the weekly 50WMA. This would align with the rotation theory of semis into software as well. We'll see how this one plays out and how $NVDA earnings effect this name and well. Obviously, the major player in the semi/chips space.

$IREN Volatile stock? Yes. That's what you get with high best stocks. Technicals? Look solid. Price was in a clear bull flag pattern for its wave 2 correction. After breaking out, price has pulled back and would be testing the trend line which aligns with the weekly 50WMA. Overall, nothing has changed here. We will continue to watch this closely and will make any changes to the forecast if important levels are lost

Further confirmation for the $BE thesis. Management continues to execute despite their past track record. Great to see another agreement signed with $NBIS

🚨 $NBIS and Bloom Energy signed an agreement worth up to ~$2.6B. $BE will install, operate, and maintain fuel cell power supply systems for Nebius. The agreement is expected to provide ~250MW of guaranteed capacity and ~328MW of installed capacity in aggregate, delivered in three phases, each with a 10-year supply term. Found this while digging into the 6-K filing released earlier today.
