BREAKING: "Are You Igbo or Yoruba?" – Surulere Aspirant Aremu Olalekan Abdulateef Exposed for Dressing in Igbo Attire, Posting Campaign Posters in Igbo Language The people of Surulere Constituency II are angry. And they have every right to be. Aremu Olalekan Abdulateef, a man seeking to represent them in the federal House of Representatives, has been caught on camera wearing full Igbo traditional attire. His campaign posters are written in the Igbo language. He is pandering to non-Yoruba voters while expecting Yoruba people to queue behind him on election day. Let this be clear: Surulere is Yoruba land. The constituency is Yoruba. The votes that will decide this election are predominantly Yoruba. So why is Aremu Abdulateef dressing like an Igbo chief? Why is he campaigning in Igbo language? Who is he planning to represent in Abuja – the Yoruba people of Surulere or an Igbo bloc that has no ancestral claim to the land? This is a slap on the face of every Yoruba voter in the constituency. We have seen this game before. Aspirants who beg for our votes but owe their loyalty to outsiders. Aspirants who will sell our interests the moment they get to office. Aremu Abdulateef must answer these questions now. Not tomorrow. Not after the election. If you cannot campaign as a Yoruba man in Yoruba land, you do not deserve to lead Yoruba people.

I reside in Ijesha-Surulere. Last night, the @Lawma_gov truck moved round streets to collect bagged waste. This morning, drains are being cleared by residents because it's mandatory. Even compounds who wouldn't bother normally are getting involved. Streets are being swept clean by shop owners. Sanity gradually returning to filthy Ijesha. On Day One. Let it be known that I'm in support of the monthly sanitation exercise in Lagos. With my full chest

10 new BVN rules you must know before May 1st The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has outlined 10 key changes to the Bank Verification Number (BVN) system, which will take effect from May 1, as part of renewed efforts to curb fraud and strengthen digital banking processes. The 10 key changes include: 1. Mobile banking apps will be restricted to one device at a time. 2. Logging in on a new device will automatically log out the previous device. 3. Switching devices will require additional verification before access is granted. 4. Suspicious BVNs will be placed on a 24-hour watchlist. 5. Banks may temporarily restrict or freeze accounts linked to flagged BVNs. 6. Customers can only change their BVN-linked phone number once. 7. The rule targets SIM-swap fraud and unauthorised access. 8. Only individuals aged 18 and above can enrol for a BVN. 9. Minors must operate accounts under a guardian. 10. Transactions on newly activated devices will be capped at ₦20,000 within the first 24 hours. The CBN emphasised that the new rules are designed to enhance security and protect customers from rising digital fraud risks.

Details of NAF bombing had not emerged before sadist and terrorist sympathisers began to lament "civilian casualties". Terrorism grows in colluding communities Now the military has released visuals on the bombing of terrorists in Ajilil Market in Borno, those are the BokoHaram fighters who attack Benisheikh where a Brigade General was killed with some soldiers. The market the where bombing has presence of terrorists and their gun trucks MOP them alllll 🔥🔥🔥

@toyin_abraham1 Same Yoruba said “Kiki Ko kin se iwa”greeting is not synonymous to good behavior. That’s an hypocrisy greeting. It’s very close to abosi than been cultured. You can only sell this narrative to a slow person

I have seen the various opinions regarding the manner in which I greeted some elders at a recent event. It gives me pause to reflect on when we began to drift from our culture and traditions, to the point where kneeling as we were taught is now described as “abosi.” I, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, was raised to kneel when greeting those older than me. It is a value deeply rooted in who I am, and one I will continue to uphold with pride. As a commitment to our heritage, I will remain intentional about passing these values on to the younger generations, in order to preserve and honor our culture. Wishing everyone a pleasant day and an even more delightful one as you watch, LOVE BETWEEN TWO ALTARS on Toyin Abraham TV on YouTube.

It was 2015, just after graduation. I had just returned to Abuja after surviving UNIBEN. I had a neighbour who worked at NRS (formerly FIRS). He had always been kind to me, and we used to talk about life whenever I came home during holidays. So when I finished school, I felt it was the right time to approach him about job opportunities. Around that same time, a friend of mine came back with me from school. He didn’t want to return to Kaduna immediately, so he asked if he could stay with me for a week. He also wanted to use the opportunity to see his girlfriend in Abuja. I spoke to my parents, and they agreed. When I spoke to my neighbour, he asked me to prepare my CV and bring a hard copy, as they were looking to hire. I mentioned my friend to him, and he said he could also submit his CV. We both prepared our CVs and planned to visit him together so I could introduce my friend properly. One Tuesday night, we went to his house, but he wasn’t around. I called him, but he didn’t pick. Later, he sent a message saying he had travelled and would be back on Thursday. Unfortunately, I had to travel to Delta State on Thursday for personal reasons, while my friend was scheduled to return to Kaduna on Friday. So I gave my CV to my friend and asked him to submit both his and mine to my neighbour when he returned. I had already informed my neighbour that my friend would come on my behalf, and he agreed. I travelled. When I got to Delta, I called my friend again to remind him. I had also confirmed that my neighbour was back in Abuja. That evening, around 9pm, my friend went to submit the CVs and told me he had done so. The next day, he travelled back to Kaduna. Everything seemed fine. Until I returned to Abuja. My neighbour called me and asked: “Why did you change your mind about working with the government?” I was confused. I said "as how naw?" He then told me that the CVs submitted were for my friend and his girlfriend. Mine was not included. According to him, my friend said I wanted to go to law school first and maybe do some private practice before considering working with his agency. My neighbour even showed me the CVs. Mine was not there. I called my friend. His response? “You know your parents are still alive… mine are not. Plus na only me my babe get. I just feel say job no go hard you get na why… abeg no vex.” That was it. Harrison… I hope this post goes viral and that you somehow come across it wherever you may be at the moment. So you can see yourself clearly for the evil that you are.

HOW CHIEF AWOLOWO ANNOYED THE NORTH BY NOT SINGING TO THEIR TUNE! Years after his death, the truth is getting pieced together When Awolowo was saying NO to the North, Azikwe was saying YES. NORTH AND EAST COLLUDE TO GET THE WEST OUT OF THE WAY This is eye-opening 😳😳
