Being a dedicated Apple enthusiast, I am in shock with Apple's services in India @AppleSupport @Apple In January, my husband gifted me an iPhone 14pro, In September, after a software upgrade, my phone screen started flickering and became green even after being under warranty.

@AppleSupport Have already done that - wasn't really helpful as they just asked me to visit a support centre. After telling the entire story about my horrible support center experience they went non-responsive.

@superminnu THANKS a lot!! Update: After seeing the responses I realized there is a difference in each store experience so I have taken the phone to a different store in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. They are diagnosing the issue rn, will post an update

When I read on the Apple community forum I learned that people are facing this issue commonly with iPhone 14 pro and no solution has been provided by Apple yet. I am deeply disheartened and lost faith in Apple forever!

After the report signature, I was made aware that my 9-month-old phone while under warranty will not be covered under warranty. The cost to repair the phone would be almost 2/3rd the total cost of the phone!

I get put off by UX laws these days. Nothing can be generalised anymore in product Design simply is whatever works in today’s time.

Always walk in with a plan - how the UX vision can be broken into pieces & be implemented. You can solid contributions to your product’s roadmap based on what users genuinely need. Walk backwards towards the plan of action. This also helps in gaining your stakeholder’s trust.
