Might I suggest this is not about a specific type of leadership but leadership in general. A boss/manager/person in charge that doesn’t embody these characteristics is not a leader. I’m willing to bet the organization suffers because of it. Maybe not now, but it will eventually

Reading through @simonsinek “Leaders Eat Last” and a few principals come to mind when thinking about leadership.

Why does any of this matter? Because after a 1-2 hour window on Monday morning, your week is planned, mind is clear, agendas are set, and you can reclaim time for yourself. Yes!
