@GrafYves Cuz the money printer will brrrrrr and those companies' valuations will skyrocket as well. So Strategy will be chasing a moving target.

MSTR's CEBE mNAV is now 1.00x. Selling equity for cash/Bitcoin here is CEBE neutral. It'll be interesting to see where MSTR goes from here for the rest of this Bitcoin bear. Going beyond 1x mNAV when the bull market returns is not a necessity for outperforming Bitcoin... but that is an added potential bonus as an MSTR shareholder. If it takes a 50% Bitcoin price drop and a sustained time period of choppy sideways BTC price movement for the valuation to get to this level... I can handle the rest of the time pain no question. The company still has lots of optionality with the liquidity of MSTR and can survive any realistic Bitcoin bear market scenarios. Continuing to buy $MSTR to hold for 10+ years.

Argentina's rough style of play exhausts the other team after 75 minutes, so the opposing team's defense (especially midfielders) fail to get back in position in time or continue to fight for 50/50 balls in front of the goal and that exhaustion creates an opening for successful attacking play in the final 15 minutes of each game.

Somebody needs to explain to me what happens in the last 25 minutes of Argentinas games? They look like shit for 70 minutes and then its like they turn on a switch and then totally dominate

It’s been 2 months since $STRC broke and looks to have no sign of recovering back to $100 Time for another preferred equity with 15% yield Surely that will be the iPhone moment for all the $MSTR retards

Claude Fable 5: The claim that Saylor wants to dilute MSTR common ignores where his own money sits: ~57% of his ~$3B net worth is his 19.9M-share stake, making him the largest individual holder at 9.9%. If dilution destroyed per-share value, no one would lose more. He's not diluting shareholders — he is the shareholder. And the ATM model was never dilution — it was accretion. Selling shares above NAV to buy Bitcoin increases BTC per share for existing holders. It only turns dilutive below NAV, which is exactly why Strategy slowed issuance and paused purchases when the premium collapsed. That's not the behavior of someone who just wants to print stock.

Are you listening to yourself right now? The common stock pays ALL THE BILLS. Including the $865million in stock based compensation for the executive team over the last 5 years. Guess how much common stock the C suite bought? $30m, and sold $865m They have no interest in owning the common stock or defending it. Simply extracting it. No longer going to waste my energy going back and forth with you. You seem to enjoy losing money and making up excuses for Saylor which is weird as hell. Enjoy the BTC per share. I’ll enjoy my profits.

But when you say "it's their bitcoin", isn't that only possible because they are owners in the business via MSTR? Common equity is how people within the company compensate themselves, not with STRC or any other preferred stock. So why would they purposfully destroy the value of their own stock based compensation?

@chasepalmieri @PermaBullz Their incentives are to get as many idiots to donate their capital to their balance sheet so they can buy bitcoin and dilute their shareholders into oblivion At the end. It’s their bitcoin, not yours.

@comic @PermaBullz Ok but what do you think the Strategy executive team’s incentives are? To own the most bitcoin at any cost, or to make the common equity valuable by owning the most bitcoin? Curious what you think drives their decision making.

@chasepalmieri @PermaBullz Yeah that is true if you’re looking at 1 side of the equation. What’s the point in buying back common stock that’s going to be perpetually diluted to pay dividends of 5 preferred equities?

@comic @PermaBullz Would you agree that if the common stock is trading without a premium below 1 MNAV that selling Bitcoin to buy back shares is accretive? You have to be willing to concede on some aspects of their model for us to have a fruitful back and forth.

@chasepalmieri @PermaBullz Tons of assumptions that are built on hope and nothing more. “Fiat is a melting ice cube” “Never sell your bitcoin” Somehow now selling BTC and diluting the stock for cash is what “saves” the narrative? Wake up Mr saylor cuck

@PermaBullz @comic Greater USD Reserve and when Bitcoin renters a bull market, there will be no more concern about Strategy’s creditworthiness and investors will flock to their high yields.
