@PLDT_Cares follow up ng upgrade ng account ko into fiber. I requested July 13 pa pero wala pa rin feedback from you guys. the same time bayad lng kami ng monthly bills na hindi naman namin ma appreciate ang service ninyo.

UPDATE [August 1, 2020] We are currently expediting our efforts to repair several cuts in our fiber optic transmission cables damaged by construction work for the Skyway Extension project in Muntinlupa City which affected our customers in nearby areas.
