I mean, there’s nothing wrong with masculinity. To me, it simply means being able to lead, staying calm under pressure, being decisive, goal-oriented, and having presence and composure. In an FLR, aside from the leadership role being taken by the woman, those qualities are still nothing but advantages. I’m not talking about toxic masculinity.
