@gcseabourne Lucky them - a £120 book on medieval women sounds like an excellent present. Congratulations Gwen!

@gcseabourne Strange they haven't emailed us yet to ask that we display this new league table success below our email signatures. Probably holding out for first place!

It seems like a pretty big oversight that the @Bristol_UCU has not been invited to be on this panel. @ThangamMP is it possible to remedy this?

@mdiasabey Do students sign something agreeing to abide by the university's rules when they matriculate? If so they'll probably try to slip a waiver into that. Worth bearing in mind that they cannot restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from their negligence.

@gcseabourne I don't think they do! I have written an enormous paragraph under the "additional comments" box. Now wishing I had left this till the evening so the venting could have been accompanied by a large glass of wine!

@gcseabourne Indeed, I can see history scholars writing articles and books on the topic. Who was Gwen Seabourne? What is the significance of her door and what does it tell us about human civilisation in the early twenty-first century?

@gcseabourne Imagine if we never returned, Wills was abandoned and fell into disrepair and then centuries later, when archaeologists uncovered it, they found this message on the door.
