I downloaded Genshin Impact for the plot. The plot: tall anemo twinks, brooding geo daddies, morally questionable harbingers with tragic backstories and perfect eyeliner. Every time a new male banner drops I start budgeting like I’m planning a wedding instead of pulling for a pixel man who calls me “comrade.” My type isn’t red flags, it’s elemental reactions. If he has trauma, a deep voice, and a sword bigger than my future, I’m gone. I don’t need therapy; I need primogems. At this point my sexuality is just “whoever Hoyoverse renders with abs and emotional damage.” respectfully, I am unwell.
