I will call the Prime Minister during the day to find out what they are going to do about it. The cost is incalculable! Canada has refused to engage in basic Forest Management and Debris Removal, knowing that such refusal will lead to exactly this result. This is Willful Negligence, and becoming a yearly occurrence, costing the United States Billions of Dollars, which cost of this pollution must of necessity be added to the TARIFFS Canada is currently paying.

The Democratic Socialists of America just unveiled a new, radical push to eliminate the Senate, and its co-Chair Gustavo Gordillo is now calling it an "undemocratic institution." "It gives more representation to people in smaller states," Gordillo said, as @ Martha MacCallum pushed back, noting that the House of Representatives is population-based to ensure equal representation. The DSA's platform is also calling for: — eliminating checks and balances — granting amnesty to all immigrants — abolishing the War Department — passage of a Green New Deal — establish a wealth tax — replacing the presidency and Supreme Court with a new executive and judiciary subordinate to and chosen by Congress — a 32-hour work week with no reduction in pay or benefits
