Does this need to be escalated to DOT? Clearly a refund in order. This is exactly why people get so frustrated with travel companies. A major airline change should trigger a solution, not a scavenger hunt through customer service. Glad you pushed back.

Why is @CheapTickets customer service so ineffectual and time consuming. @aairwaves changes our flight by 18 hours so it is now an overnight and nobody can help us change the flight so it is more humane. Ugh

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH @cheaptickets.nl. They left my 19year old son stranded in Nairobi just because they were too lazy to make sure our rebooked ticket were in the system of the airline. They misled us with false info. Horrible customer service with serious consequences

Based “supposedly” sent an email to Qatar airlines to deal with my ticket refund that I haven’t heard anything since. I was supposed to fly on 3 March from Nairobi to Los Angeles. I’m still in Nairobi🤷🏾.
