@ShwetaSoni2510 Dear Shweta, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused amid current supply challenges. The LPG cylinder was delivered yesterday. Necessary corrective measures are being taken to prevent recurrence.

Booked LPG refill on March 6. Invoice generated on March 7. After that, complete silence for 3 weeks. No delivery. No call. No attempt. Then on March 28, @IndianOilcl suddenly starts marking: “Door Closed.” Not once. Repeatedly. And then cancels the order as “Returned Thrice.” Three attempts? You didn’t even show up once. I have CCTV footage proving no delivery was ever attempted. And frankly, I don’t care how much is being donated to PM CARES funds by you people, but basic accountability to customers is clearly missing. This is not incompetence. I am a helpless father asking for help. It has been 1 week since I last saw my minor son(Ekaksh ,2.8yr). My ex-wife has hidden him and is refusing to allow me to meet him or even talk to him on call or video. I went to the whitefield police police station and meet Mr. Vishwanath Reddy for help and kept running from one desk to another from 9 AM to 5 PM, but my complaint was not even registered. I was simply told to bring a court order from ex wife which she refusing to meet my child. A child has the right to both parents. I am extremely worried about my son’s safety and mental wellbeing. I have already complained to CWC but have received no response. I am concerned because my child is being kept with a stranger, which I believe is not safe. I also fear for his mental and emotional health as there have been instances of abusive behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, and physical punishment. I am also worried because the mother often remains intoxicated and is unable to properly care for the child. Please help me see my child.
