South African government is failing Toyota, Volkswagen, Ford & Isuzu. The Chinese brands don't benefit our country in terms of job creation, their vehicles comes already assembled. Parts are not made in South Africa, imported from China.

What's stopping kwaZulu from becoming an independent state like eSwatini??? Then the economy can be nationalized, especially the ports, farms & mines. And all Zulus there can get a monthly dividend from the king, of R10,000 per month.

@DelusionPosting Are you high? It's crack, isn't it? Consent is NOT optional. Good grief. Next you'll be advocating for mandatory hijab wear and arranged marriages.

@larissaphillip He earnings could probably equal mine in a few months. She didn't waste anything. She has her life ahead of her, a solid business and no debt. The capital? A loan in my name and gifted. I was treated like a king, and to my queen I will give anything I can. Proud and grateful!

@larissaphillip Married my wife when she was 19. Kids born 20 and 21. She raised them as SAHM. She is the rock my family (and my career) was built on. Kids now older and in boarding school, out the house before she turns 40. I set up a business for her. 1 year in she's nearly on par with me

I feel so disgusted with the generational vibe that told us that having kids wasn’t a priority and that being a mom was kind of a lesser path. Dealing right now with someone close to me who completely missed the life she should have had, which would have made her very happy— as a mom of a bunch of kids. She believed the social justice messages and made other choices. Materialistic superficial choices btw. She’s traveled extensively and has fancy appliances and a nice (huge, empty) house — and a bunch of social justice bona fides. She was misled. This isn’t someone who was always a bit salty and never wanted kids. She wanted them, but it seemed lame and selfish and not as important as her SJW pursuits. (Which amounted to what? Nothing. The whole thing was a vibe.) I have the same life advice.
Kristin M. Collier, MD@HSRdirector

this advice from @MattHennessey in @WSJFreeEx mirrors the advice I receive from my older patients. I routinely ask my older patients for life advice and repeatedly they tell me “have as many children as you can”

Boss: Welcome back. Employee: Thanks. Honestly, I feel like a different person. Boss: Good. Your team did well while you were away too. Employee: Really? Boss: Yes. Turns out healthy teams don’t collapse when one person rests. Employee: My creativity is back. I’m working better than I have in years. Boss: That’s because people don’t produce their best ideas when they’re mentally exhausted. Employee: Most companies would have treated rest like laziness. Boss: And that’s why most companies confuse burnout for dedication.

Boss: You wanted to speak with me urgently? Employee: Yes. I’m exhausted. Boss: What’s going on? Employee: I’ve been working 70-hour weeks for years. I’m burned out completely. Boss: Why didn’t you say something earlier? Employee: Because every time someone says they’re tired at work, they’re told to “push through it.” Boss: So what are you asking for? Employee: Honestly? I need a two-month sick leave or I’ll probably have to quit. Boss: Okay. Employee: Okay? Boss: Take three months instead. Employee: Wait… what? Boss: Full pay. Go offline. Come back better. Employee: You’re serious? Boss: Yes. A burned-out employee pretending to function helps nobody. Employee: I thought you’d tell me to be more resilient. Boss: No. I’d rather lose you for three months than lose you permanently. Three Months Later↓

Better yet, why cant these data centers utilize cooling systems like cars and run the water through filters and recycle it through chillers. They are always utilizing most of the power grid why not use it to chill the recycling water instead of using fresh drinkable ground water that is more precious than gold.

@gndzongana Yup. Feed yourself. Just like the Zimbabweans did ey? You will produce fuckall. There will be tribal wars about what chief gets to sell what tractor and how the money should be split. Then as the people begin to starve, you will blame white people for abandoning the people.

If South Africa were to be sanctioned, I personally would lead our people to take those farms by force, just like the Zimbabweans did, so that we can feed ourselves. People cannot call for sanctions against us while using our land to feed themselves under our watch. Bookmark this.

The sentencing of Julius Malema to five years' imprisonment without the option of a fine has left me, like many others, in profound shock. As someone who has reflected deeply on past mistakes, I remain firmly committed to the principle that all must be equal before the law. But that principle must be applied consistently, and without exception, otherwise it loses its meaning. Having listened carefully to the proceedings over the past two days, I am concerned that this standard has not been upheld. It is my considered view that a higher court may well arrive at a different conclusion. That is my honest reflection.
