🚨BREAKING NEWS The Federal Republic of Somalia has held an emergency council meeting of ministers and offered to help Saudi Arabia with access its Mogadishu airport which is only 6,451 km from Sanaa
🛑 Saudi despite its long coastlines, it’s located on semi-enclosed seas. To reach the open ocean.. It’s ships must pass through narrow straits e.g. Bab al-Mandab & Suez Canal that are controlled by other countries. This explains why it’s against Somaliland & South Arabia.

Egal owned half of Mogadishu in exchange for our sovereignty and yet he was forgiven despite being bought and sold. The originator of the policy of forgiveness because he is the biggest beneficiary of it
⛔️ UN report in 1999 Egal in 1999 went to Egypt, Yemen, and Kenya and told leaders that Somaliland would help Somalia rebuild and then “negotiate” a formula to reunite the Somaliland and Somalia. Arab leaders loved this.. especially Egypt, they always supported failed Somalia to take over Somaliland. So they praised Egal, saying he had a role in “resuscitating Somalia” the man who knew firsthand that no legal union ever happened in 1960 was out here in 1999 touring Egypt and Yemen, pitching Somaliland as a “partner in Somalia’s revival” the same man who took the country to failed Somalia saw the unratified union flop legally and politically and still turned around decades later in 1999 was telling the world: “Let’s wait until Somalia’s warlords get their act together so we can talk.” 😂 The UN report also exposes how Egal told the UN he wanted “special status” for Somaliland not restoration of sovereignty, not statehood, but autonomous limbo.. so Somaliland could get access to NGO, aid and loans. He was still selling Somaliland’s sovereignty for NGO and bank access 💸📡 This statement alone legitimized the propaganda that Somaliland was somehow still part of a future Somalia. Egal set the tone that Somaliland was negotiable and this is why till today the international community treat Somaliland as a region in waiting.. not a state in continuity. So when people try to blame everything in 2012 they’re either uninformed or deliberately lying to cover up why is Somaliland is in the situation it is today. The reason today the world keeps saying Somaliland should sit and negotiate with Somalia is because of the precedent Egal set in the 1990s. It’s time for our people to start learning about their history and those who destroyed their country.
