@DanaStorms I agree with you. But I will say, as someone who has tried to hire social media interns, it’s extremely hard. Most don’t do the work or even just never respond. I would love to give a kid a shot and/or experience.

I know the answer is expense. BUT my counter to gym owners is you have the resource you’re looking for already under your roof & don’t even know it. The teens & young adults that are in your building weekly are extremely talented & not only on the mat. Give them a shot at it.

Cheer Etiquette Tip - Coaches - please wait and take your turn in line at the globe. Just waited 15 minutes for a picture and a coach pushed their team in on group in front of me. There was a line! (And then all the parents decided to take individual photos). Not Cool!
