@roykeely A lot of times they start off the path and then turn into saturated areas (I.E. JCT) Rent is lower down the list of what causes prices to be high. I do prefer off the path for destination for sure. More “soul.” Just limited?!!

@cheffordfry Seems like your restaurants are a destination rather than ‘oh lets go there since we are here’ …by and large, not always the case. Curious why you don’t launch places off the beaten path with lower overhead so you can either make more margin or lower cost to enjoy your product.
