@bweatherby28 Hi, thanks for reaching reaching out! Toast doesn't have the ability to refund or fix orders that a restaurant has taken because all funds go directly to the restaurant and not to Toast.
@ToastTab apparently its ok to process a customers payment, take their money, and then not process their order, Chris’ Pizza in Pleasant View, TN said this happen to them frequently, I want my $37 back

@GYCoMo Hi! The restaurant will be able to help issue the refund. Toast doesn't have the ability to refund or fix orders that a restaurant has taken because payments are deposited to the restaurant directly.
So, @ToastTab - got a big issue.
Son ordered food, order processed & charged.
Restaurant he ordered from closed (on vacay).
He calls Cust. Serv. - refuses to help (not an employee 🙄), won't cancel charges & ends call 🤡.

We launched our new brand this weekend.
Everything that could go wrong, did. But, that was expected. Luckily it was a lot of friends & family that won’t judge us too harshly.
What wasn’t expected was how much harder @ToastTab made EVERYTHING. On top of it all, it was nearly impossible to reach any customer support to help.
To all you Toast folks out there- how do you handle problems with it?
