Turning a $1.50 knorr pasta side packet into a full meal with things i had lingering in my freezer! I'm only a household of 1, so I used just one packet and 1/3 of a smoked sausage i had in my freezer. If youre feeding 4, I'd probably use 2 packets and a full 1lb smoked sausage

Instead, pinch the blade between your thumb and index finger by curling your index finger in like this...holding your knife like this will give you a better grip on your knife and give you better stability when using it at a faster speed (when comfortable)

Don't hold your knife with your index thumb resting on the top of your blade. Most do because theyre afraid they'll cut themselves if they dont. You won't, I promise.

Something a lot of people dont get taught is how to hold a knife properly. 🧵 (If twt decided to be a little bitch and censor these, sorry 😬)
