Sometimes you just want something fresh. So I made a delicious meal salad. Stuff like grilled artichoke, paprika, roasted cauliflower, croutons, chicken in tomato sauce, potato and some spinach. With that fresh garden dressing it was AMAZING!! And enough for multiple days

Sometimes I just forgot what I have on stuff… after some organizing I found this beautiful mortar. I’m not gonna be posh and name the brand but I’m happy to have it.. and ofc had to try it out right away by making a garlic, garden herb dressing in it

The first test is happening.. limoncello, but a bit lower in alcohol and still using a little bit lemon juice but the main flavor is gonna be elderberry flower or elderflower..
