If the Browns didn’t have Shedeur, I’m pretty sure they would have tried something like this or even crazier. A lot of people don’t want to hear it, but this front office and Head coach is bought into Shedeur. All off season they harped Head Coach and QB…They didn’t make a move for QB (still can in draft) and doesn’t seem like they are going to bring in anyone to challenge Watson and Shedeur this year. Shedeur has one year to prove he’s the guy, If not, these conversations become real

AR would cause too much of problem to start off, if Shedeur went down and they traded during season I’d be all for it.
But I do think Monke can see him fixing Watson. The lack of moves at QB is what’s telling me that. You can’t tell us all off season head coach and QB are the most important moves and proceed not to make and moves at QB. That tells me he has confidence in those two right now

My only concern is I need someone in case of injury.
If something happens, and Shedeur goes down with injury, we’re staring at Gabriel or Watson, and uhh…yeah. Just need someone to backup Shedeur, as well as provide guidance and push him in camp too.
That, or a lottery ticket that you can use in certain packages (you hear me Ballard? Got a 5th or 6th for Richardson for you) 😂
