We're still waiting on some equipment, but the lab is starting to have a commercial feel to it. I am so excited to start teaching the new Catering & Food Service Professional course at the high school on Monday. @michaelzackon

My chefs I and II students did a great job with their challenge labs today. I am proud of what they created with the given ingredients. Chefs I created appetizers and chefs II created "one dish" buffet items. @BillHarner @michaelzackon
