All you need to do when they are cooked is flip them upside down and cook for a few more mins that will make sure the bottom is cooked.
But surely whoever is wrapping them up can see it’s still raw/doughy.
@BoothsCountry this is the 2nd Caramelised red onion sausage roll I’ve had from the Milnthorpe store. Taste wise it’s one of the best sausage rolls I’ve ever had… but both times the bottom pastry is fully raw!
