Lisa also swam a great 200 breast, also narrowly missing her PB - fantastic swim! On his national debut, Isaac swam a fantastic 2-second PB in the 400 free - congratulations, a great start to your championships!

Great swims in the pool today! Alexa swam just outside her 50 free PB this morning claiming 14th, but claimed 7th in the 800 free this evening after a 3-second PB👏 Eloise swam a gutsy 200 breast and narrowly misses her PB - great job!

Alexa swam a 2nd PB (after her PB in the heats this morning) to take 4th in the 18/over 200 Free👏 Ella swam a PB this morning 👏 and finishes 10th in the 16 years 200 Free✨ Eloise had a strong race in both the heats and finals, finishing in 10th in the 13 years 100 Breast👏⭐️

3 swims, 3 finals! Alexa goes into the 18/over final in 4th (with a PB in the heats!) Ella goes into the 16 years final in 9th (with a PB in the heats!) Eloise goes into the 13 years final in 10th Great job, girls and look forward to this evening!

Essex talent camp⭐️💙 Ava, Isaac, and Kuba spent the day at the 13-years age group Essex talent camp in Abbs Cross, Hornchurch. This is the 3rd day of the camp that started last autumn. Congratulations once again for your selection, and we hope you had an insightful day!

CCSC boasts a myriad of volunteers, the unsung heroes of club life. Without them, the club couldn’t run, and we are sure our members are grateful for all the work our volunteers do (alongside their own very busy lives!) to ensure they have a club to attend.
