A champions league winning coach in Thomas Tuchel tried to educate them with their policy, they didn't want to know so he got out. They stitched up Graham Potter by stockpiling players and gave him the equivalent of three different teams to pick each week! Pochettino like or loathe him turned it around and it started to tick with an incredible run of games at the end of his season. He tried to get them to change and look at more experience. They said no so he got out. Tiago Silva also spoke about the need for experience, he was ignored. The first YES man appointed in Enzo Maresca did well and won two trophies demonstrating that in a one off game he can surprise us all against PSG. At some point it looks like he asked for change with their policy, they said no and he got out. Liam Rosenior joined the Blueco fold and was "their man" and once again is tactically a disaster. This ownership have appointed to idiots to carry out their policy in Stewart and Winstanley. All of them together have destroyed the spirit and soul of our club. All their care about is making a buck - not what matters to the fans. Players come and go. Managers dome and to, owners come and go but two things remain = the football club and it's supporters. As for the players? There are a few of them that need to take a look in the mirror and question whether or not they want to part of our club. I don't care who you are, how much of a reputation you have, how much you are worth, if you heart and head isn't in it then go. Yes injuries have played a part in defence but even before that there was no continuity. Success is built on solid foundations, at the moment ours looks like Jelly. We need a GK who is consistent week in, week out not people in these positions that are obviously deaf when the world is literally telling them to get rid of the fucking ball down the pitch and not hold onto it until the last minute. We've been saying that for a couple of seasons but those in charge ignore it and look for someone else that they can relocate from Strasbourg instead who isn't a GK. All I want is my team back that set themselves the levels in training that EVERYONE must reach as @JohnTerry26 has spoken about in his time before. Everyone needs to be accountable for their approach, their attitude, their mentality, their desire, hunger, and their determination to win. Every time they pull on a Chelsea shirt and get out on that pitch they come off it having made a contribution giving everything. It's nowhere near all over the pitch right now and you already get the impression that Enzo has an eye on Madrid next season and Palmer on United. This would never happen in Terry's time, would never be allowed. To be fair the team is different with Reece James on it. He is natural leader and you see the respect he has. When he isn't there it's very obvious. We need a clear out at the top and also through our squad.
