Brendan Harshberger, of our phenomenal Drug Checking Los Angeles team, testified yesterday at the CA Senate in support of AB-2136, a bill that would more fully legalize drug checking in California. It passed to the judiciary!

My bill, AB 2136, passed the Assembly's Public Safety Committee on a unanimous vote.
Knowing if a drug or medication is tainted or mislabeled is paramount in avoiding an overdose & death.
