A multitude of factors are at play for the next 10 years for copper. We're just at the very start of a copper shortage. Every advanced missile, tank, or drone is packed with copper wiring. Global defense budgets are projected to double by 2040 to $6 trillion. A single data center can require up to 50,000 tons of copper. Yet, supply is breaking. Operating mines are depleting removing hundreds of thousands of tons of copper from the market. One of the more obvious decade long trades. $COPX $FCX $COPX $SCCO $NGLO $TECK $TMQ $SLSR $IE $ERO

Do not trust $SMCI. Simple as that. There's far better investments in the market without a continued history of accounting fraud. Why bother risking it?

I feel the sentiment improving quite quickly on X this week. Hate to be the doomer, but index structure is still pretty weak. The $SPY is approaching 200 daily MA... if that breaks I think we see another ~5-10% drop from there. Then you've got rates which are currently no longer falling. It seems from my macro understanding we have an almost lose-lose situation. Either rates stay high and valuations compress because of that, or rates get cut because the economy is weaker and layoffs --> lower demand --> stocks pressured. All amid a war whilst the $SPY is ~5% off highs. I'm no macro expert and not spreading bearishness. This is just a reminder to stay patient, and keep exercising caution. Aside from my DCA's, I haven't bought a stock since 25th Feb and I'm sitting on ~16% in cash. $LMND, $NU, $DLO, $TMDX, $ZETA etc all remain my biggest positions and $SOFI $HROW $NBIS etc are in that basket just below in terms of exposure. I see huge potential in all these names, and I like the levels a lot of them are at, but until index structure is clearer, being patient here is the best way. Overtrading kills accounts. The hardest thing to do is sit on the sidelines whilst others get bored and make decisions they could regret.
