Achieving ‘optimal’ in planning training (including planning for physiological adaptation/skill acq’ etc) doesn’t exist. ‘Shit happening’ & stakeholders with different views of what is optimal normal. Thus, theories that don’t account for the ‘social’ aren’t ecologically valid.
