We all know bikes are good for our health and the health of the environment, but did you know they are also benefitting the economy? @WeRideAustralia and @EY_Australia have released a study showing a clear monetary benefit to getting on two wheels

Awesome to have @AusSailingTeam members Olivia Price and @EvieHaseldine visit NSWIS to speak about their bronze medal triumph at the World Champs in Holland. Two amazing athletes who epitomize the power of teamwork and a shared goal. #TeamNSWIS

What a revelation Clare Hunt has been this tournament 🙌 Chosen from the Liberty A-League with less than 50 professional games under her belt. Six months ago, she was like every other fan, looking to buy tickets to the @FIFAWWC. She's suffered setback after setback. She's had a ruptured ACL, three operations to correct issues with her other knee, a dislocated shoulder, a full shoulder reconstruction, and a fractured tibia. Now, she's been the rock at the heart of the Matildas defence in the most successful Australian World Cup side EVER. It truly is the stuff of dreams. Congratulations, Clare 👏 You deserve it. 📰: bit.ly/3QOximL #FIFAWWC #DubAtTheCup #Matildas #SWEvAUS

Achieving ‘optimal’ in planning training (including planning for physiological adaptation/skill acq’ etc) doesn’t exist. ‘Shit happening’ & stakeholders with different views of what is optimal normal. Thus, theories that don’t account for the ‘social’ aren’t ecologically valid.
