@Blue_Footy I think for Chelsea present & future defense we need Senesi & Rudigar as we develop Colwil & Sarr.

You want a stable defence and you are talking about Romero, an emotional wreck and van de Ven who is a faster version of Wesley Fofana. van de Ven is specifically a highline defender that is terrible at defending the box while Romero let emotions get better of him every time, even though he's a solid CB but a bit unstable. If you want to improve, don't go for a player because "he's better than what we have", go for what you need that will significantly improve you. I don't want anyone to come to my timeline to complain about the sporting directors after a few games.

@Blue_Footy 💯% agreed, the project is not the problem but some project staff are. The Sporting Directors should be fired before bring in a new manager. Their recruiting powers should also be shared with the manager 50/50. If this is not fixed ASAP we are going to lose elite players

@Blue_Footy @talkSPORT Cesc Fabregas,.... the problem at Chelsea at the moment is the Sporting Directors and some other backroom staff. They denied Maresca a CB and fired him in his crisis. They will frustrate the next manger hence Chelsea will never build anything while these SDs are in office
