Tommy Lukaszuk's Forever Handicapped in Canada petition likewise already collected more than enough signatures, and the paperwork he filed demands a referendum on independence. The legislature would merely need to fix the wording of his stupidily-worded question to align with what's outlined in the Clarity Act (i.e. the Stay Free Alberta petition question). Check. Mate.
