Y’all won’t believe this.
Me?
Speaking pidgin?
I now tend to speak pidgin more than I speak correct English
^consciously correcting myself.
Yes, that’s what happens when you surround yourself with friends that speak pidgin all the time.
But this isn’t about speaking pidgin…
✦────✦────✦
The people you surround yourself with, would determine how far you’d go.
YOUR CIRCLE.
Be unapologetically strict about your circle.
If there’s anyone slowing you down, leave ‘em and keep going.
Cut ‘em off if need be.
Do not remain in that circle where it’s always excuses not to do the right thing.
A circle where all y’all do is gist about an idolo.
In short, a circle you’ve not gained anything from {value, knowledge, progress… doesn’t have to be money}
in 30 days, should be considered a wrong circle.
This weekend, take a look around you.
That person on your mind while reading this,
cut him/her off before they make you as mediocre as they are.
Lock tf in!
Happy Weekend, CT.
Catch y’all later ✨
