@CityPowerJhb please assist. I cannot log a fault as your systems are offline. We have no power. Issue is ongoing. We had the same issue over Christmas. No power for 5 days. We need a tech to come out to resolve this issue. Please DM and I will provide info and address.

@CityPowerJhb We can't even follow up on faults logged. Your internal systems are down. What are you doing to fix? I guess a tender took the money with the system you have and is nowhere to be found to fix the mess.

*Industria Substation (Bosmont/Maraisburg Relief distributor):* Our teams are actively working towards the repair of the cable fault that is affecting power supply to customers in parts of Bosmont.
Our teams are still in the process of exposing the fault and will commence with repairs shortly.
The estimated time for restoration is currently unavailable at this stage. We will continue to keep affected customers updated on further developments as work progresses on site.

Date: 11 June 2024
Roosevelt Substation: Affecting power supply to customers in Northcliff, Fairland, Berario and possible surrounds. Operators are onsite locating the fault and running the necessary tests. The estimated time for restoration (ETR) is unavailable at this stage.
Further information will be provided in subsequent updates. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Warning: The power system is constrained. We urge customers to reduce their electricity consumption to prevent overloading the system.^MB

#Stage2 loadshedding has been implemented until further notice, as per Eskom’s directive.
Customers are urged to switch off non-essential appliances during loadshedding to avoid incidents of in-rush current and network overload when restoration takes place.
