I happened across the real-life kaleidoscope store from Sailor Moon while walking around Azabu Juban. Legit can’t figure out why I never visited when I lived there and was actively searching for locations. Maybe it just slipped under my radar? Had a lovely talk with the owner who told me of how Naoko Takeuchi used to visit all of the time when she lived in the area. Name is Kaleidoscope Mukashi-Kan for those in town looking for a Sailor Moon site to visit.

My heart is singing! 😍 I never thought I'd be able to own one of these! This gigantic Sailor Moon S plush box was 1 of 20 that was given away for mail-in prize drawing by Nakayoshi in the mid-90's. So about 30 years old. Extremely rare. I can't believe I have one! #SailorMoon
