@ChildTaylor @ADP @HatzinikitasT "THIS" was a big part of the problem. The canned responses to payroll clients... that made no sense to any of them.

@ADP @HatzinikitasT Who exactly is "your service team"? I have an 800 number that gives me automated prompts. I can't get a human on the phone for anything.

@ADP will this technical issue be resolved by close of day so payroll can be posted for direct deposits tomorrow??
