Weldon Development and Mark Goodman and Associates began work this week on a $300 million, two-tower project adding 700+ mixed-income residences to Fulton Market. Plans for 410 N. Elizabeth St. include a half-acre of open space and a pedestrian connection to a future Metra stop.

A pair of 18-unit transit-oriented apartment buildings will replace vacant City land near the CTA’s 63rd/Ashland Green Line station in West Englewood. Planned by E.G. Woode L3C in response to a DPD RFP, each building will also have ancillary retail and parking for 20 bikes.

Plan Commission approved Venture One Real Estate's proposed industrial facility at 3000 W. 51st St. in Gage Park. The $65 million project includes a 235,137-square-foot Amazon warehouse, 244 parking spaces and two acres of community open space on a former steel facility site.
