In the March 18, 2014 Primary Election, there were 226,308 ballots cast for a 16.54% citywide turnout for 1,368,290 active registered voters. - 42,297 Early Voting ballots returned (18.69% of total ballots cast) - 8,903 Vote By Mail ballots returned (3.93% of total ballots cast)
