#gkp #gkptakeover actually 3.5m shares ish with award of 2 m odd to staff on ground. These were adapted to RSU's at 2024 AGM. Means lottery wins ordinary Kurd workforce would recieve on takeover announcement , split /spread over 3 yrs ( stops them all retiring en masse😆)
